Can I join?

Not yet; there are no members. You can build a work index now from public material you’re allowed to share. Please don’t enter personal or private information.

What if I don’t know anyone?

That’s a normal start. You could describe your experience, point to visible work and contact people who’ve said they welcome direct requests. No sponsor, and no invented connections.

Who would see my connections?

Only admitted members, and only connections you both acknowledged. Either of you could hide or end one. Relationships you keep private never appear in search, routes or counts.
